  19. One shouldn't be angry with this guy, since he simply is a bit
  20. frustrated with me as a person.  He is the kind of person that is
  21. incapacitated to adapt to new things, and subsequently everytime he
  22. touches his E code and produces an unexpected result he starts
  23. yelling at everybody that will listen that the compiler is buggy.
  24. I've explained him his failures on dozens of occasions but somehow he
  25. seems to forget his apologies fairly quicky:  confronting people with
  26. their incompetence can often make you into an enemy.  Mind you, me
  27. and Paul Nolan (the _real_ programmer of PhotoGenics) did get a good
  28. laugh out of him.

  30. A hammer is a powerful tool, unless you are like Jolyon and keep
  31. hitting yourself on the head with it.

  33. E is not a perfect language and EC not a perfect compiler, but apart
  34. from the fact that it will give syntax errors if you feed it C code,
  35. I see no reason why anyone couldn't make professional applications
  36. with it, worse, I fear it has many features to support large scale
  37. programming, unlike some languages I know.

  40. favourite programming language or "new and unknown" in general,
